About UniversalScan Pro
For 15 years as a doorman in New York City, I watched the same problems repeat every week — lost packages, confused deliveries, frustrated tenants, and slow communication during emergencies. Most building software was built for management, not for the frontline staff who handle the daily work.
UniversalScan Pro is a modern building‑operations ecosystem designed to make front‑desk work faster, more organized, more reliable, and fully automated. Built for residential and commercial buildings of any size, it replaces outdated paperwork and chaotic sticky notes with clean, dependable tools that keep staff organized and residents informed in real time.
A busy building shouldn't rely on scattered notes or slow manual processes. UniversalScan Pro bridges the gap between management, front‑desk staff, and tenants through a smart, real‑time digital workflow across both mobile and web.
One Ecosystem, Two Powerful Solutions
Standard Automation
Streamlines daily property tasks, front‑desk operations, package handling, and team management.

Core Ecosystem Features
📦 Smart Package & Event Scanner

💬 Instant Tenant Alerts
Tenants receive real‑time SMS and email notifications the moment an item is logged or an event is created for their unit.
🚨 Dual‑Layer Alerts
Broadcast high‑priority Emergency Alerts or send Basic Alerts (lost keys, found pet, etc.) to specific units or the entire building.
🌐 Management & Tenant Web Portal
A secure portal where management and residents create accounts, upload documents, share insurance policies, and track bills.
👥 Staff Workforce Hub
Digital clock‑in/out, shift switching, and streamlined vacation and sick‑day request management.
🛠️ Vendor Dispatch
A built‑in directory for quickly contacting trusted vendors like plumbers, exterminators, and elevator technicians — especially during emergencies.
Meet the Founder
I'm Emanuel, and for 15 years I've worked the front desk in Manhattan. Every shift puts me right in the middle of the action — packages piling up, tenants calling out for help, vendors walking in unannounced, and emergencies that hit out of nowhere. Everything I know about building operations comes from real experience, not from a training book.
Over the years, I saw the same issues repeat themselves: missing packages, confusing delivery notifications, slow communication during emergencies, and outdated tools that made simple tasks harder than they needed to be. Most building software was built for management, not for the staff who actually handle the daily workload. I knew there had to be a better way.
UniversalScan Pro wasn't created in a tech lab. It was built from real experience — from double shifts, holiday rushes, late‑night emergencies, and the everyday chaos of keeping a building running smoothly. Every feature comes from a real moment on the job, a real problem, and a real solution.
I'm committed to improving this platform every single day. It won't be perfect, and we'll make mistakes along the way, but we're always listening. Staff, management, and tenants shape how UniversalScan Pro grows. If you see something that can be better, I want to hear it. This is a living system — built by someone who works the job, for the people who keep buildings moving.
— Emanuel, Founder of UniversalScan Pro

Management Team
Each building can have up to 3 management users: the person who created the account plus 2 teammates. New managers must be added here with + Add a teammate — signing up on the home page creates a separate, new building.
If someone is no longer in charge, click Delete next to their name to free their spot, then add the new person. (Deactivate only pauses their access — they still use a spot.)
The Main Manager is the only one who can add more buildings. They can hand this role to a teammate with Make Main Manager. The Main Manager can't be deactivated or deleted until they hand the role over.
Your team is full. Delete someone who's no longer in charge to add a new manager.
